Question for other caretakers: do u have a ritual you do while changing people? If so what is it. Something i always do when i finish the change is to hold the kiddo's hands and pull to sit up, but give them a huge hug during that motion of sitting them up

I guess I'm just scared I'm going to stay unhappy and unsatisfied for a long time, and last semester the only thing that stopped me from feeling that way completely was little space, something that I'm now struggling with too.
