I am shocked to find out earlier this week that the Pelicans were not the worst 3rd Quarter team in the NBA this season.
I haven't watched every Pelicans 3rd Quarter this season, but it has been dreadful in the games I've watched.

I saw the announcement on how the NBA is trying to fix the All Star game this year. 3 teams of 8 players with 2 teams representing the USA and 1 team representing the World.
If everyone tries this year, then Team World should dominate as Top 5 currently in the MVP race would be on that team.
