Added --dx12, --opengl, and --dedicated-gpu options (or by setting environment variables) to control rendering. These options fix graphical issues some users were encountering.
Added two hidden tools. They're only meant for me to use, but if you want to find them you can!

Small Improvements:
- Added mode to show both hitboxes and models at the same time
- Made game HUD smaller
- Filter replays by multiple stages
- Combo Finder is more lenient and will now show more combos
- Combos and Improover replays are now sorted newest to oldest

Notes now have a specified button to jump to that frame and will highlight and scroll when passed during playback.
