Have to get one of our HVAC systems repaired for a faulty temperature sensor and our older cat is going to need some dental surgery next week for a tooth issue. It’s turning out to be an expensive December 🙃🙃🙃🙃

Cooked an entire thanksgiving spread for mine and my BFs families and was so focused on making sure everything was done and ready to eat, I didn’t get a picture of everything before we ate 🙃
But it was all delicious and everyone went home with plenty of leftovers!

Drove 1.5 hrs to see a cartoon beaver at a gas station and spent way too much money on breakfast tacos, brisket sandwiches and snacks. Definitely worth it.

Feeling slightly vindicated today as the first house we were under contract on that fell through because of a lower appraised value just sold for $18k below original asking that the sellers wouldn’t come down from when we tried negotiating with them. Our appraisal was accurate 🤣🤣🤣
