I have done a lot of crying the past two days, and all of them tears about good things. The night I left Kalos, I was thrown a going away party. When I came home to Unova, I was thrown a welcome back party.

Today Ariel and I went to find a teleporter for me. I found an Abra who wanted to see lots of places, and now we're learning about each other.
Something surprising though, is that we found an injured pokemon on the way to her home. It's a Ralts, and Ariel is going to nurse it back to health.

I have to leave in a few days... Ariel's family has been so kind to me... Especially her mother. I kind of don't want to leave, but I also want to work with the Professor again... I... I think I want to catch a pokemon that can teleport! I want to be able to visit easily!

((Having Ruby be from a pre-industrial revolution world is so much fun sometimes. Like, ah, yes, of course ribbons and ruffles would make something more serious: it is ever so much more expensive no doubt! Sure in these cartoons they're for frolicking, but in reality they must be serious!))

Hm... That's an awful lot of seriousness for something with so many ruffles and ribbons... Though, I suppose it would make sense. All that cloth is likely very expensive!

That's so strange! I think if anyone is doing such a thing at an event for someone new to contests, that even beginner contests must be more heightened than I imagined...

Is throwing food a bad thing? I feel like throwing food would be something you'd only do if you think the person should be rewarded, since it's free food then.

Oh, that might work! Even if you're not allowed on stage, you being near by may help, since it's slightly less of a problem if I know there's someone near by who can help if something goes wrong...

Thank you! How do you suppose we go about the issue? I can handle being under the attention of about two dozen people, but after that it gets to be too much, so I should start working on it now, since the events probably have more than that.

I think that it would be best if I do it myself... So I think what I need is help with overcoming the issue. This also means that you do not have to work on the schedule of someone else, when you are already so busy!

How would that work..? Would you be on stage instead? I suppose that with my ability, it would not be hard at all for me to guide my pokemon though... Would that be allowed by the rules?

I would be grateful for any advice you can give! I do not like being the centre of attention at all. But, even so, I want to make sure that Shouki gets to live the best life she can! Which means I'm going to need to learn how to handle that...

My hot Pokemon RP take? Things like contests probably exist in most major regions, but they just aren't going to put them in every game because then they'd be doing the same side quest games over and over.

Normalize being able to curate your space without people bitching in your ear.
Sometimes you don't need a clear reason to mute or block, it's not always a bad thing, some people just aren't into certain things or character types.
I do the same thing like... I try to state I block freely.
