Important blog here on the importance of accurate reporting. If we want the judiciary to embrace greater transparency, then the press must ensure what they report is accurate and, when necessary, issue corrections. The consequences of misinformation are serious and real for judges and their families

If we want the judiciary to embrace greater transparency, then the press must ensure what they report is accurate and, when necessary, issue corrections.
