In the Dept of Labor case challenging DOGE, Judge Bates has denied the Plaintiffs request for a TRO, finding they lack standing. It’s the first big loss for anti-DOGE litigants, but they can to come back with different plaintiffs altho the clock is ticking. s3.documentcloud.org/documents/25...
