Watched through some of Jane Campion's early short films - A GIRL'S OWN STORY (1984), PEEL (1983) and PASSIONLESS MOMENTS (1983) - each compelling in their own right. Thematic depth and a more playful tone than her features, bolstered by some strikingly beautiful compositions. Strong recommendation!
