This local Wolfdog joined an Olympic ski event and triggered the finish-line camera. This is Nazgul. He snuck into a cross-country skiing sprint this morning and raced the homestretch with some competitors before being escorted home. 14/10 someone get him a medal

Fun fact: the last time that Russians competed in the Olympics representing their country was 2016, and even that involved a partial band due to a doping scandal (WADA recommended a full ban but IOC overturned)

Oh dear, so if you didn’t know, Lake Placid was the backup location for the slide sports if Milan didn’t get their track built in time. Well apparently, this fact, along with the distance between the Milan sites has empowered some lawmakers to think that a NYC/ Lake Placid Olympics is possible 🧵

I was told there was a Super Bowl today and assumed that meant a special food dish!

Forgot to tell you all that I saw the nugget last night again. She’s very wiggly and smart! She loves her food - when I made a (nonjudgmental) comment it was a lot, coach said “if I give her less she screams at me” 😂
