First Backyard race post-burnout. I was stressed and from the start in a defeat-mode. My body wasn’t working with me either, felt nauseous and my puls was always skyrocketing to about 180-190bpm. But I managed to run one yard for each of my four daughters and one for my husband 🌞 #runnersofbluesky

Saturday 12 km in 1h40m. Nice weather although feeling tired and a little moody. Workout went well but I was just not feeling at my best or even average 😅 to be a bit cheerful, spring is here and it’s so wonderful #trailrunning #runnersofbluesky #iceland

One week of Buteyko breathing technique. I don’t feel any difference as of yet. I probably just need to continue the breathing exercises 😮💨 anyone have experience with this breathing technique? Would like to hear about what it did for you and how long until you felt results? #breathing #buteyko
