Seeing why the wokes assassinated Charlie Kirk, I think wokes can go fuck their own selves. I don't care. I don't want that shit. No one can force me. Wokes are all narcissistic psychopats, losers, terrorists, and mentally-ill lunatics.

Imagine calling this extremism. Imagine having a problem with this? ... Wokes are evil terrorists. I really hope Trumps defeats the wokes. Wokes don't represent minorities. They represent themselves and themselves only. Only psychopats and terrorists are fine with this horror. I am sorry, Charlie. 💔
I could do my class review over zoom answering questions by chat. We worked together with students, peer mentors and instructional assistants. This is why I always say Technology creates new possibilities and helps solve relevant problems. I'm a fan of technology. Technology creates a better world.

I lost my voice because of a horrible cold and a sore throat. I cannot teach like this. 😭 I had to do a zoom meeting with practical activities for the students and questions and answers over chat. Exam 2 Review. I don't like being sick. ❤️‍🩹 Teachers do a lot of talking. I need to get healthy soon. 🙏😞💔

D818. I am sick. 😭 I will lecture over zoom but honestly, I do not want to lecture. I want to rest and recover. ❤️‍🩹

The child won. I changed the scale. See, I am very flexible. I find no use in failing children. That's not what I work for. I do everything in my hands to teach these children and help them. I hope they learn.

Another student told me: "Rubenia, you have the patience of a saint." I'm patient with kids. I get it, they're young. I was young too, once. And me, I was a total idiot. So, I get it. But there must be boundaries. Some children are way too entitled. That is bad for everybody but especially for them.

Today a student asked me to change the grading scale so his goes up. He was asking me to change the weights in a way that would make his grade go higher. Giving me suggestions on what I could do. All he had to do was to submit his homework and lab activities. But no, he demands a new way of grading.

But it's not just the taxes. Really, it matters much how money is spent and invested. In some cases it's just money but in a lot of cases, it's management, vision, culture, long term plans, fighting corruption, and sustainability. It's not just money. How is the money being spent? That matters a lot

It's a problem to be solved by economists, not by politicians. How do you create an economy that works for everybody? ...I bet that a lot of politicians just don't know. What economic models can help young people integrate and be successful in today's market? What needs to change for that to happen?

Mamdani.
Mandani has no clue. Free groceries, free housing, free transportation, free childcare... in New York? ... How? He said those things to win. True, things should be affordable. People need affordable options and better salaries. But free? Who will pay for free? Free doesn't exist.
November 11, 2025 at 5:50 PM
There are ways to lower costs. Of course. But that requires extra work. Will communities be willing to go the extra mile to lower costs for their neighbors? We don't know.

The solution is to fix what's wrong with Capitalism. The solution isn't Socialism. Nobody wins in Socialism. Ask Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela. What was the end result of Socialism? Tyranny, broken economies, mass exodus, bloody dictators and political violence as the norm. Fix Capitalism is the way

It's true Capitalism isn't working for lots of people but in Socialism, we all will be way worse. The solution here is to fix what is wrong with capitalism

D817. I got sick. The freezing temperatures overnight made me sick. Cough and a sore throat. I was teaching my morning lecture and I couldn't stop coughing in front of the class and it was embarrassing for me and my students. For my afternoon lectures, I will teach them over zoom to prevent this.

It's not true that all students deserve As. The excellent students deserve As, and society should respect their hard work and sacrifices.
November 11, 2025 at 5:54 AM
In all honesty, in my entire life, the teachers who gave me Cs taught me more than the ones who gave me fake As. The ones who failed me, in the long term, taught me more. Because they forced me to study. They told me to my face that I needed to change for the better. That's the purpose of education.
November 11, 2025 at 5:52 AM
If I tell excellent students that everyone can get an A with minimum to no effort that discourages their commitment. Even worse, if other students can get As by cheating the system or sending their abusive parents to harass & manipulate me, that's a disrespect to the hard workers. I need to be fair.
Some students are excellent. Hard workers. They care. They're always in class, attend labs, submit excellent work, ask questions, are on top of everything. They earn their As. I feel it's an insult to the hard workers to just hand free As to bullies and careless students (and their abusive parents).

Is it actually true that billionaires don't pay taxes? 😂😅 Why don't they? How is that even possible? I don't know anyone who doesn't pay taxes.
November 11, 2025 at 2:12 AM
In November I will focus on my students. They need me. I mean, their grades and their lectures. I need to have more office hours and spend more time communicating with them. I need to help the ones who are failing. Help them to recover. I don't want to fail children. I just want them to do homework.

D816. Lectures. We had an introduction to artificial intelligence today and a tutorial on data visualization. On Wednesday, I'll show them more code examples. And next week we do Recommendation Systems & SDLC. My office hours are packed now because of final grades 😅 End of the semester is stressful.

You do not build your own success by destroying the success of others. That applies to both capitalism and socialism.
November 9, 2025 at 8:46 PM
I don't hate billionaires and I don't hate rich people who built fortunes with hard work and intelligence. I think what they did is admirable, and I don't have the need to hate anyone to feel better about myself. I think we should focus on being better professionals, not in hating successful people.
