Basically, under a union agreement, they can't just randomly add new contract junk and force actors to sign it.
So, yeah, this is ANOTHER reason to push for union contracts in this space and with this company.

They will likely inform the actor that this is not part of the agreement and is thus considered void (as it wasn't part of the bargaining process.) Even if the actor/s signed it, it can't be enforced.
Then, if requested, they can reach out to Hoyo and TELL them it's unenforceable.

Worth noting: If this were a @sagaftra.org project and Hoyo insisted an actor sign some piece of contractual language that wasn't part of the SAG-AFTRA agreement, the actor can send it to the VO division of the union and ask them to take a look.
