so i pushed all the buttons that possibly made sense. and then i found βremeshβ modification or smth like that and accidentally made faces (?) so tiny there where at least 100k of them which crashed not only blender but my whole pc π

β¦so i merged them. that didnβt help eitherπ my thoughts were βok so subdivision basically divides each face to make it smoother, so if i could edit the mesh and only make it be on the outside of the whole pawn it should work, right?β well, i had no luck googling it (no idea how to ask that really)β¦
