I don’t always eat brunch, but when I do it’s kalua pork benedict! WOW was this tasty!!! Spending the last long weekend in Bend, OR!

This was an impromptu cook tonight after a day at the coast! You may be asking “are those peaches?” Yes, yes they are! Tried @DadsSeasonings Nica BBQ on the tenderloins and damn, with the cinnamon peaches it was something special. Most proud that I timed it all to the minute!!

A nice way to end a beautiful weekend in the PNW! @DadsSeasonings SPG on the NY’s and @MeatChurch Honey Hog on the thighs! Also, @DadsSeasonings Italian on the zucchini! Make it a great week ahead my friends!

Putting a nice sear then comes the slow cook! Haven’t done a traditional sear in a few years…it felt like the right thing to do!

Alright, finally, let’s tomorrow I will smoke this shoulder with the @DadsSeasonings & @ScottRo83866595 collab Sweet Butt Rub and I am going excited! US foods only had boneless shoulders so I trimmed and tied it. I’ll inject in the AM before hitting the smoke!

Ribs were bite tender and delicious BUT to scratch everything strawberry shortcake won the day! Shout out to my daughters for the buttermilk biscuit collab!! (You can’t tell but they are heart shaped) #girldadlife
