Es gibt wirklich ganz tollen TikTok-Content. Trotzdem würde ich weder Erwachsenen noch Kindern langfristig empfehlen, regelmäßig mehrere Stunden pro Tag nonstop 3-Minuten-Videos in kuratierter Zufallauswahl zu schauen. Das macht eben etwas mit dem eigenen Dopaminhaushalt. 🤷🏻♀️
