The FOMC is handicapped because the recent payroll report is not available.

Does it make sense to move the BLS from the Commerce Department to the Board of Govenors of the Federal Reserve?

Trump's liberation day trade offensive exposed America's weakness to rare earth.
We can depend on the Chinese Communist Party to not exploit this weakness due to their respect for Trump's intelligence and the goodness of their hearts.

Imagine you show up at a fancy restaurant and the greeter asks if you have a reservation. You tell him no and he says it is a two hour wait.
You then pull a fifty from his wallet and hand it to him expecting special treatment.
This is a stock buyback: bribing shareholders with their own money.

The Trump is the most transparent ever... to the KGB.

Republicans describe Trump's 'Bug beautiful bill" as a tax cut bill, but it is really repeal of the tax hike used to pretend that the 2017 tax cuts didn't blow out the deficit.

But that's to keep taxes at current levels.

Trump is like the Karate Kid, but instead of practicing "Wax On" and "Wax Off", he practices "Trade War On" and Trade War Off".

Trump's threats of tariffs on Apple expose that his administration is not pro-business so much as pro-extortion and pro-corruption.

Trade negotiations are going so well that the Trump administration ended all negotiations and sent a new round of ultimatums to our trading partners.

I'm surprised by U.S. downgrade by Moody's; surprised by how long it took. Republicans have been working towards financial irresponsibility since Trump's first term and the Democrats are only more frugal in comparison.

Nothing makes a country look strong than a head of state begging for money. Though if get big donations it confirms you've made your country look like a pathetic basket case.

The Trump regime has decided, after much agonizing, to strangle the American economy SLOWLY instead of all at once as it initially announced.

The Trump Regime admits that the tariff of 145% is too high. Now it seeks to negotiate with China with one question: how will you reward our failure?
Trump is going to drop the tariffs due domestic pressures. He wants China to give him some concession for doing what he has to do anyway.

The difference between the Trump regime and fascism:
Mussolini made the trains run on time.
Trump administration makes planes fall out of the sky.

You need a patina of competence to gain legitimacy as a fascists, otherwise you're just cosplaying as fascists.

The Trump administration claims that its negotiation goal is to get other country to lift the tariff and non=tariff trade advantages.

Does any one believe that the French government will repeal the fertile soil and mild climate that makes the Champagne region one of best wine growing regions?
