Nancy, the saddle fitter came out today & checked a dressage saddle mummy had. She thought it was a good fit, so we went for an after school ride into the sunset with it on. Mummy nearly dropped her phone when I spooked at the bird scarers! 🙊

A great hack with Isabella & Frilly this morning, although we both got a bit muddy. I helped mummy undo the Velcro on her reflector when we got back. 🙊🤣 We were very good. Happy days. ❤️

A hack with Frilly this morning. We were both hoping for a short, easy ride after our lessons yesterday, but mummy had different ideas! We had a couple of canters. ❤️

Mummy made a silly mistake and put us out naked today as it was warm and sunny & we need another clip anyway. We both had a bath when we came in ready for clipping in the morning. Then I rolled in my stable in my fleece cooler. Mummy wasn’t impressed! 🙊🤣

I had new shoes today. Tom was very pleased, because I’d grown lots of hoof, which always makes shoeing easier. I was honoured because he’d made fire welded hand made shoes for me. I think they look great & my feet look fabulous too. ❤️

Mummy’s making my tea. We had an awesome lesson with Adrain. Mummy’s working on her lower leg position & wrapping it around me to keep it on. We were doing sitting trot, followed by lots of standing trot, then standing canter. He was delighted with us & mummy’s feeling proud! ❤️

Happy Monday everyone, although mine didn’t start well, because I had a nosebleed! 🤦🏼♀️ Mummy was sad, because it’s the first one I’ve had since February. She also had a huge poo pillow to clean up. Photo of better days.

We had a visitor today, we haven’t seen her for ages! Yaz was back from uni, so she came for a hack with us. William was very bouncy. We were all very well behaved, but Frilly & I struggled to keep up with Will on the way home. He was on fire! Not bad for 32 years old! ❤️

The bit specialist came to make me more comfortable & give mummy more brakes. I had a look to see what she was talking about. She said mummy was doing a great job listening to me & what I do & don’t like. That made mummy very happy! Mummy bought me a new toy for being such a good boy. ❤️

Red sky in the morning….but Frilly & I had a lovely ride. We did a track that we haven’t done in a while because it upsets me and makes me head shake. I still did a bit of head shaking today, so Isabella was on camera duty. We were very good, mummy was happy. 😀

The view of our favourite hack from the other direction this morning. Apart from being a bit backward thinking at one point, so mummy had to use lots of leg, I was a very good boy. I got treats when we got home. 😇❤️

Mummy’s clipped me! She called me a few names; irritating, little sh*t being one of them! 🙉 I’m very ticklish & can’t stand still, so I constantly fidget. I think I look smart & I won’t get as hot & sweaty now. Daddy says it’s a good job mummy loves me, because most people wouldn’t put up with me. 🙊

A coast path hack with Isabella & Frilly this morning. A quick spook from Frilly when she spotted some farm machinery over the hedge, but then walked past like a good girl & a couple of sneaky canters on the verges now they’ve been cut. We missed the rain and I was a good boy. ❤️

All by myself. I was a good boy, only one little sideways spook. I had a CranioSacral treatment today too, from the lovely Sara at Crossover. I was feeling very chilled afterwards. Mummy thinks it’s really helping with my head shaking. I felt very relaxed afterwards. ❤️

A quick hack with Isabella & Frilly this morning before the wind & rain arrived.❤️ Mummy’s put William in a separate paddock, so I can’t follow him around hassling him.😢I’m not sure either of us are happy about it, but there wasn’t any chasing away from the gate at tea time.🤔
