Making progress on my sweater (long sleeve shrug). If I finish it soon, it will be helpful this month since it is wool (and it is so cold out lately).

I had to deviate from my original plan to stay home both days of the weekend due to an all-day work meeting Sunday. So, I brought my crochet 🧶 with me and made major progress on my new shrug. The best part: nobody cares, I contribute to the discussion, I am happier, and my shrug grows. #crochet 🧶

I had to deviate from my original plan to stay home both days of the weekend due to an all-day work meeting Sunday. So, I brought my crochet 🧶 with me and made major progress on my new shrug. The best part: nobody cares, I contribute to the discussion, I am happier, and my shrug grows. #crochet 🧶
I have been looking for other outlets for creativity lately (it reduces doom scrolling). I have been playing around with the app “Hey Color” the past few days - coloring on a tablet is very chill.

I am looking forward to some time off in another week or so. I will finally have time to crochet again. Little projects like this ornament are all I have time for at the moment. This was a bad time to get a new yarn order. 🧶 #crochet

I have been in a holiday decorations crochet mood lately. Placemats, slightly larger table mats - no pattern, and with leftover yarn. Smaller items are a nice break from blankets and clothing that take forever. #crochet 🧶
