The Catherine Wheel firework is thought to be named after St Catherine, who was condemned to death by the means of a spiked wheel. Legend says that when she touched the wheel it splintered into a 1000 pieces. Seen here holding the wheel, we believe she is one of the most iconic carvings in the cave!
