At third overall VJ Edgecombe becomes the highest draft pick in Baylor MBB history. The previous highest draft pick was Ekpe Udoh who went 6th overall in 2010 to the Golden State Warriors. Before that Vinnie Johnson went 7th overall to the Seattle SuperSonics back in 1979.

#Thunderbolts is very good. And they joked in the marketing about the A24ness of it all. But when you trauma dump to this level and center Florence Pugh, the comparison feels apt. Some really cool choices and chances taken that we haven’t seen from the MCU in a minute.
