I’m finding so many ways I altered my daily habits to accomodate Momo. The position I slept in, where I sat, what I planted, the furniture I had & placement, little rituals for when I went out and when I came back home. It’s very hard to break those patterns after 13 years.

Two days later and Mr greedy guts is back for more. This time I felt bold enough to get right up close to take a picture so you can see his blue tongue in all its glory

I hadn’t seen any lizards bust in from outside to steal cat food in so long that I started thinking perhaps they forgot how. Nope! An old friend from a year ago let itself inside today

Heard a big commotion outside with the ravens so I went out to investigate. There were dozens of them and they had attacked an owl & it was on the ground, still alive. I rushed & grabbed a towel for it, but then it quietly passed away
