Poor cat, they're doing all kinds of tests on him and keep seeing borderline-bad results that aren't conclusive enough to do anything but more tests. Probably gonna tell the vet to stop for a while, let the cat rest

This is something i need to highlight for artist friends. I used to be able to see genAI clearly, then needed zooms, now the zoomed proof needs an artist's skill to interpret which i don't have. It might still jump out to an artist, but it looks fine to the untrained eye now. It's not obvious
AI slop sucks but there's so much & hard to tell. AI callout posts with zoomed in proof, I can't see what the proof is anymore. It'd waste too much time trying to spot it, one of those "terrorists win" self-own situations

About a year of the project reduction project. So, how's it going? Well, lesson 1: don't backfill with new projects until you're actually ready (4 posts)
I'm bad about starting too many projects when I'm feeling great, then getting overwhelmed later & finishing none. So I started a project-reduction project to reduce the projects & focus on the most relevant things at the time.
Glad it's actually working & isn't just one more project on the pile XD

With how much I use the bicycle, I've had a few crash outs in my time. Weird that I've never broken a bone that way, only ever broke a bone when someone stomped on my arm on accident
Not sure yet if my right hand is just sprained or broken from this one. It's tightening up over time

As usual after a day of feeling too good, didn't sleep much. Usually that'd be the start of a slump, but hoping to head it off by going easy on myself today. Not the end of the world if I'm not firing on all cylinders. Got so much done yesterday it doesn't really matter

First utility bill came in and uh.. yikes :O So now when I'm not studying I'll be:
* setting up motion lighting (mostly done)
* setting up temp & humidity sensors and smart plugs
* adding cat flap on utility room door so we can close it
* moving my Linux VM to Tannyk's server so I can shut off my PC

Oh this cat...running under the couch as we were moving it. There was a tragedy almost 2 decades ago that started the same way. Got him out of the room while Tannyk held the couch up by himself, but after the furniture was settled I broke down. Breaking my "no alcohol alone" rule tonight
