I've been saying it for years, Riot Games of all companies was never going to be a new paragon of fighting games no matter who was actually on the team
The amount of money Riot was pumping in to the fighting game scene in an attempt to eat up more “esports” space was never gonna be sustainable. They didn’t want an industry plant, they wanted a whole ass industry greenhouse. I’d love to see the people saying 2XKO would be a revolution speak now.
