A study on the effects of menstrual cycle 🩸on women mental health concluded that there was an increase in psychosis, mania, depression, suicide/ suicide attempts, and alcohol use during menstrual cycle phrases. Luteal phase elevated anxiety, stress, and binge eating. tinyurl.com/yap6bwkk

Upon examining associations between #Caregiving, gender, health, & age, we find that young adults providing #PersonalCare 🧻🪥 self-report inferior health to those who provide none. Future studies should explore the negative health associations with personal caregiving. tinyurl.com/2k5829er

Researchers examined how intrinsic and extrinsic motivation correlate with BMI and PA levels and focused on gender differences.
