The Department of State Services (DSS) has warned members of the public to beware of one Victor Onyedikachi Godwin, a dismissed staff of the Service, who is allegedly using its name to defraud unsuspecting individuals. The DSS, in a statement on Monday, said Godwin had been dismissed from service but had continued to engage in fraudulent and unscrupulous activities while parading himself as a serving officer. Operatives of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Police Command have arrested four suspects involved in one-chance robbery and attempted kidnapping in Abuja.
