As we move from hospital to community and analogue to digital, our latest paper highlights several challenges with implementing remote monitoring in to frailty virtual wards (Hospital at Home). Learning from these challenges will be essential to ensure remote monitoring works for all.

Having recently moved to Bluesky in the hope that it would present a more positive corner of the internet, I can confirm there are more cats here. I am not sure why I am seeing so many cats, but it is making me nostalgic for the days when social media was predominantly a cat-video sharing platform
