This story is of course, completely fictional and non-canon to the Videogame Pseudoregalia. While it will have some elements and/or references relevant to the Original Game & Story, by no means should this be considered official content or factual "Lore" All that said, please enjoy. This is my first attempt something like this and I am learning a lot in the process. [Groundwork: The Sybil ("Sybs") in the first/top-left panel is a Twin from another time & place. She has strong tendencies of being a bully towards the other Sybil in the second/top-right panel, as well as the people they're supposed to be helping from the "waking world" -these people (dawnwalkers) are like you and I, people who have dreams, people who have our own problems, and people who have hope. Their basic/overall mission is to help those who have lost their hope, and have succumbed to terrors in the night-where the imagination of dreams allows their fears to run rampant unchecked. They've been working together for a little while now, and while they have made good progress, "Sybs" isn't very happy that their work hasn't been acknowledged by the dawnwalkers as she has been an accomplished dreamwalker in the space she came from, which is the cause for her ill-aligned perspective and harsh treatment of others] In previous works of mine, i have been slightly making these two Sybils a little different in personality for fun, and while this too is for fun, i do think this takes the "vague personal story" i've been lightly weaving between the two Sybils to a much deeper level.
