APPLE-tree is a low intensity lifestyle dementia preventive intervention that showed similar results to more intense/medicalised interventions!

In our randomised controlled trial, we found that clients receiving NIDUS-family by video-call, phone or in-person were more likely to achieve the goals they set than those who didn’t receive NIDUS-family.
