Someone close to me said they tried to connect with their dad who passed recently, but couldn’t. And maybe this mediumship thing isn’t real, because their dad loved them and he would have definitely have sent a message if it was real. What would you say to her?

You can’t just turn off that negative voice in your head. The harder you try, the louder it gets. But when we partner with ourselves—embracing our shadow sides with compassion—harmful self-talk softens and dissipates on its own, like fog on a spring morning.

I just watched that movie The Accountant, and it got me thinking about how each of us has a gift to bring to the world, one we can use for good…or not so good. What’s yours and how have you used it?

Did you know you have more than 7 chakras? These anchored energy centers of the body can be 12, or 114, depending on the system. There are two at our temples, connected to our intuition. When in prayer my left one will often activate, calling me to attend whatever may be coming through.

Why do we come to Earth? Because we are souls filled with desire but no body to experience it all with. Desire to dance, love, eat, move, play, grow. Do it all now. Especially the love part. We are here for it all

Thinking a lot about grief. I used to think it was the soul who had difficulty coming through in readings soon after death, but recently a man sharing the details of his funeral with me altered my belief - it’s the sitter’s grief that blocks the communication, Spirit can do anything.
