One shouldn’t argue that Americans are more likely to be criminally insane than Canadians, Australians and Brits. Surely the better position to take is you aren’t nuts, it’s the guns?

Trump agreed to the elimination of this guaranteed access to Canada’s oil and gas production. I don’t think Ms. Freeland and the Canadian team gave up anything in return.
