I improve law practice via GenAI (#LLM), KM, legal tech, and process. Lawyer, analyst, marketer, blogger, ex-Bain, ex-econometrician. I'm a Gartner analyst, views are my own.
Despite GenAI advances, there are things I'd love to do that are not yet possible, eg, contact clean up:

"Identify all contacts I have with whom I have not exchanged email for 10 years."

Am I missing something? How much longer will I have to wait for a privacy-safe way of doing this?

Interesting take on migration of many users from X to Bluesky and on social media generally
Opinion | Bluesky Is Different From X. For Now.
Users are looking for a more curated experience on a platform that is not constantly trying to get them to interact with brands.

Excellent overview of the challenges Google faces (not just antitrust).

My Q: With all the changes in the web ecosystem, will we still be able to find reliable sources in the future?

From a #BigLaw #GenAI conference today, a question from the audience in a session on Agentic AI:

Will agents become like Lotus Notes, with 5 apps for every workflow, ie, reinventing wheel.

I'm just learning about AgenticAI but it seems like a great question and caution.
