Really am starting to hate the fact I can't sleep at night, being an insomniac is awful and I've been one since middle school.. when you can't sleep, what do you do? How do you turn off your brain so you can sleep peacefully and quickly?

Why do 13 episode animes exist 😭 I don't necessarily hate them but it makes me depressed when I get hooked so quickly then it suddenly ends after just a couple episodes. Gimme animes that have 32+ episodes at least I can binge happily and not worry, it'll end too fast #anime

I seriously need to figure out what to do with my insomnia, I cannot keep going to bed every single day after like 7am for a couple hours before I start my day. I've suffered with insomnia for as long as I can remember and it just gets worse every year as I get older. Anyone else struggle with this?
