Not certain about the quality, but geez, $2,777 per square foot seems odd. It’s likely to be closer to $5k/s.f than not. Which would mean $450m. I’m then guessing he’s going to use his “Art-Of-The-Deal”… um, ‘skills’ to get $100-200m in kickbacks.

Ok, so I said earlier it’ll be 10 years before democrats actually get mad enough to do anything. But what about the “current-and-soon-to-feel-like-they-was-swindled MAGA”types? It’s somehow gonna be Bubba & Friends™ who take shit into their own hands and make change happen… in about 4 years from now
