Buffy was a formative part of my teens. Tara and Willow helped me realise my true self. Their family bond with Dawn had my heart. I'm so sad to hear about Michelle Trachtenberg. Fellow #AuDHD peeps, what do you do for self care that helps you with any sense of burnout you're experiencing? I can't do things with scents (candles, bubble baths, face masks etc) so I would really love some other suggestions that I may not have thought of. 🫶🏻

If you're no contact with a parent and they've passed, what did you do when they were dying? Did you speak to them? Did you end up regretting anything? I'm sorry to ask, I'm feeling very lost atm as my father is in palliative care and declining rapidly and I don't know what to feel or do or say.

Hey #hEDS family, I have a question. I'm looking at doing postgrad qualifications in counselling, to become an online-accessible counsellor specifically to support our community. It'd be something I can do in addition to writing. Would you go to a hEDSer counsellor? Or would you want a psychologist?

Any other #hEDS bendy people have days where you are knocking everything over left and right, you feel like your head is wrapped in a popped bubblegum layer of brain fog, and nothing goes right? Today is that day for me and I feel anime levels of clumsy rn. 🫠

I want to thank everyone who's followed me this last week and lifted me over the 200 mark. It may seem saccharine, but my interactions with everyone here since I joined 12 days ago have been a bright distraction for me while I've been dealing with some heavy things in life. Thank you for that 🫶🏻😊

Today is one of those days when I wish I had savings. Where I hope that after I publish it will mean I can take care of not only my medical costs, but that I could step up when a close friend needs a specialist appointment. That's my Christmas wish this year. To be able to do that by next Christmas.

Introduce yourself with four video games:
