A bit fat, but for someone approaching a big birthday next year, I think I'm looking good and an old man doesn't really need to be super muscular either. Who wants to spend all their time in the gym! It's not been the best week. First dental treatment on Tuesday. Then, I had a very busy couple of days in the office, and now I have a nasty tummy bug of some kind. I'm home resting on the sofa these evening. An early night might be in order, I reckon. Love and hugs 😘xx
