Almost gave me a heart ❤️🩹attack.

1. Automatic CR - if a budget is not passed by Sept. 30th, the previous year’s budget will continue until one is passed.
2. Suspension w/o reimbursement of representative’s pay - if a budget is not passed by Sept 30th - up & until a budget is passed.
