Trump lied about his new tariffs being retaliatory for tariffs against us. His numbers match up with our trade deficits though, which is a weird way of lying to the public (yet par for his course).

Trump's "Tariff" Numbers Are Just Trade Balance Ratios
These "tariff" numbers provided by the administration are just ludicrous. They don't reflect any version of reality where real tariffs are...

If you want to be really secular this season, just say "Happy Days!" That will definitely piss off anyone who was already mad about you not saying "Merry Christmas". But "Happy Holidays" = "Happy Holy Days" and that's a pretty huge concession - and one you don't have to make. Happy Days!

The study that they're basing these fears off of didn't even include the very items that they're disparaging. They didn't exist yet! Yet the papers want you to be scared of them. Clickbait or serving the needs of advertisers? Hrm...
You’re being lied to about “ultra-processed” foods
Coverage of the latest nutrition buzzword is overly broad, arbitrary, and wildly misleading. The problem goes deeper.

"...Where there's never a boast or brag..."

First off, have you ever been to America?

Second, and I can not stress this enough - are you really bragging about never bragging?

It's been enough for a while now...I wish people only played Christmas music on Christmas. Then it'd be special.

The Buttonball Tree is a sycamore in Sunderland, MA. It's 114 feet ball, at least 350 years old, and over 25 feet around. It's one of the largest, widest trees in the eastern half of America.
