Wow, Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid in #Memphis has tarpon, gigantic bass, and alligators. They all look kinda bored though, I feel kind of sad for them. Slept like a baby under an underpass for free. Adventures with doggos to come today. #48states #rvlife #Tennessee

The good news is the rain forecast keeps getting pushed back and diminishing in anticipated strength. The bad news is the wind forecast is doing the opposite and we’re now under a lil tornado watch for a few hours 😳🥴. #rvlife #weather #deepsouth #Alabama

Diverted by weather, we are in #Alabama longer than planned, having traveled south and deeper into the state instead of the desired north and out of it. But at least we get to ride out a mother storm in this lovely spot (that was sarcasm, it kinda sucks lol.) #rvlife #48states

Of the 29 states we have visited so far on this journey (and several others previously), #Alabama is the uncontested winner when it comes to random trash strewn about *everywhere.* 🤢 It really ruins what could otherwise be a beautiful state.

Drove through some awesome country in BFE backwoods #Alabama to get to *this* amazing place which we have all to ourselves and it’s free 😊. Lunch is veggies and hummus, not very #deepsouth but I’ll outlive the locals 🤣 #rvlife #retired #48states

Met some more donkeys, horses, doggos, and a gigantic wolf hybrid before leaving the farm in a downpour. Quick drive through St George Island but only the adults were allowed to get out and touch the Gulf of Mexico so we didn’t stay. #Florida
