In March 2025, the Florida East Coast Railway replaced some rail near Dixon Blvd in Cocoa, FL. I look at part of that process and catch some Brightline trains passing through the work zone.

In this #Brightline video, I look at some Brightline trains running in March 2025. Locations in Brevard County include the Cocoa Curve, Rockledge, Bonaventure, and Suntree. On the Orlando Line, there is a catch at Innovation Way. Florida East Coast Railway local train 915 also makes an appearance.

With it being around spring break time, I figured it was a good time to post some content from the beach. In this case, looking at Amtrak, Coaster, and Metrolink trains on the Surfline in southern California, where the tracks are literally at the beach in several locations.

On a recent trip to Washington DC, I had a few hours free one evening for some railfanning. Despite only having time to visit two locations in daylight, I was still able to see 15 trains from 5 railroads (Amtrak, MARC, Metro, CSX, and VRE) in 2 hours.
