Most of the ancient ruins in Italy you see are not surprisingly Roman. But about an hour south of Salerno is something different and much older Greek ruins. An absolute must see.

The nice part about visiting one’s grandparents hometown is visiting everything in between.

In the Vitulazio municipal building waiting my turn to meet the the municipality clerk to gather as much information on my grandparents and distant family. This is going to be amazing.
