No, TikTok has not banned the word "Epstein" in DMs since the US investors took over. Its messaging system bans many words if you send them by themselves, including "Epstein" and "test."

If you use it in a sentence like any normal person would, it is not banned. www.theverge.com/news/868362/...
Is New TikTok banning the word “Epstein” in DMs? Not really.
Despite claims floating around social media, the truth is a bit more complicated, not least by the fact that TikTok in the US is still largely down, about a day and a half after its data center power ...

TikTok USA is broken
Your videos aren't being censored because they're about ICE -- most videos uploaded in the US over the last day or so just aren't being published at all, and from inside the US, I can't see new videos posted by people outside the US.

From what i can tell... Most new posts about anything, ICE related or not, haven't been showing up for the last day and a half, and there are intermittent errors with basically every feature on TikTok

Drone delivery is a reality but, as is so often the case, the future is not yet widely distributed. I made a run down to suburban Dallas to get an inside look at what Zipline is serving. Spoiler alert: it was the hottest, freshest burrito I've ever had delivered.

It's very nice
Attendance looks bad for the Pistons on TV some nights, when the reality is that between 10% and 25% of the crowd is in the concourse unless it's down to the wire in the 4th. LCA has the most hospitable concourse in the league lol

At the midway point, the Pistons are 30-10 overall and off to their second-best start in franchise history.

I broke down three key stats that explain their dominance. www.freep.com/story/sports...
These 3 stats show why Detroit Pistons have a championship feel
This season is just the second in franchise history in which the Detroit Pistons have won 30 of their first 40 games, thanks to some impressive stats.

"i don't know what passkeys are and no one can explain them"

I am pretty sure that's not true, and I also think that one company told a weird lie that made everything about them more confusing.
It's "remember this device" based on the same method you already use to login to the device.

That should cover it?
January 19, 2026 at 2:26 AM
Not that anyone asked, but onlyfans has the best passkey implementation. Best buy close second.
It’s been a year and I use them but I have absolutely no idea what a passkey is. Half the time login fails with them and I have to do something else that works (like a password). I refuse to understand more. I’m tired of computers and don’t care. This is what it’s like for every non-nerd, isn’t it?

There are still people who don’t know what the problem with substack is. There are also far too many people who think them publishing there doesn’t help substack get away with it more easily
I’ve had a Substack scraper running for a couple of years now (starting when I read Katz’s Atlantic article in November 2023). Every once in a while I check in on it, and the Nazi situation over there is very much not getting better.
I wish I could feel comfortable reading and sharing people's substacks, as there are really passionate people posting articles that are in my wheelhouse. But, I've not seen anything to say that they're combating their nazi bar status, only being fine with it and seeing them as 'thought leaders'.

ICE raids are not the first time this was made explicit. I think people downplay how much Jim Crow was not just about controlling Black people but it was also about controlling white people. If you thought racism was dumb and acted that way you could end up with a bomb in your home
Just keep coming back to the fact that keeping people in a constant state of terror is a form of mass disablement and essential to the eugenic project that is the United States.
