HOLA. i'm rizuki, your friendly new york cosplayer who mostly cosplays from anime & retro video games. i'm the coordinator for a few cosplay competitions and i teach cosplay workshops at local libraries. i stream on twitch a few times a week as well as on instagram. that's my mini intro, hiya!

funny/lame story: as a kid i would read the story pages inside the manuals for sonic 1, 2, & 3 before bed every night. i didn't have anything else to work with for sonic lore/backstory and i wanted whatever i could get.
sometime later i found the archie comics which was a blessing and a curse haha

yesterday i joined a full sailor moon group to walk down the cosplay runway in manhattan. it was a great experience and i had a blast. but then i was pelted in the face by snow and was sad lol

days like today, i'm so glad my cosplay plans aren't until the afternoon... i haven't had a cosplay shoot or event since october/november so i have to dust myself off and remember how to apply cosplay makeup and be energetic when all i want is to sleep and a salmon avocado roll

lemme roll up my sleeves and pop on the sonic 3 & knuckles ost for power, because i definitely am gonna sit here and manually resize 18 indesign pages and then manually restructure the art on all of them to fit instagram's new resolution.
