It makes no sense that a cashmere blend zip-up is $600 (too much) and a 100% wool Italian-made herringbone overcoat is $1200 (actually a pretty good price! The KS traveler coats are $1400 this year!)

Obsessed with this pink lambswool sweater I bought in Scotland. Can finally wear it now that it's cold in NYC. Also loving this vintage Italian suede jacket that I got to practice my button-sewing skills on (the buttons were practically falling off when I bought it)!!

I've been itching to learn how to sew. Last night my fiance taught me to sew buttons so I could spruce up these thrifted Brunello trousers (maybe the best vintage deal I've found because they're basically in perfect condition except the now-fixed Brunello-branded buttons)!

It's Iron Heart which is a Japanese brand designed with motorcyclists in mind and famed for using really heavy denim. I'm sort of obsessed with their "overdye" which is regular raw indigo double-dipped in black dye for looking extra cool

Nearly done upcycling this vintage breadbox into a watch box. Installed motion detecting lights too. Really happy with it so far and nice to work with my hands again :)

Denim on denim!! Such a sick cropped type 2 jacket from Japanese streetwear brand "Neighborhood." Distressing on it is really nice and it's the softest denim I've ever felt. Naturally it was hella $$ so I did not cop.... Not today.....

Resisted the urge to buy a few full-price garments recently. Ended up finding opportunities to buy a few things that I 1) have had my eye on and/or 2) I will actually use a lot that were 3) on really good sales (archive/sample/store-closing). Got so lucky honestly. Patience paid off.

This is LITERALLY called the Junebug jacket. It's inspired by beetle iridescence. It comes with a mosquito hood (to protect me from my lifelong adversaries).
