The start of the parade for the celebration of Micros and Macros happily living together. The crowd, the micros before the piquet stand, are happy to be there, while the Macro wolf is giving a speech to honor such an occasion. The Macro wolf is getting some rest, right after delivering a speech at the parade. The micros are getting the very familiar treatment they get every time of the year, submitting to the superior in every matter, Wolf by pampering his soles with their tiny tongues and hands, even though they're not excited about it.
