My appointment went super amazing. My doctor is incredibly helpful, listens to me, and completely understands my needs. I opened up to him about some history today and he helped me solidify a plan for myself that I feel very confident and excited about :}
my mental health has been really bad lately but i'm going to the doctor tomorrow so it should be fixed soon. :}
just wanted to apologize to my clients and thank them for their patience.
