Obama organizer, business owner, and trained economist running to defeat MAGA Republican Congressman Darrell Issa #CA48
Veterans Day in Escondido today. They deserve leaders who fight for their healthcare, housing, and benefits. You showed up for us. We’ll show up for you. 🇺🇸

Senate Democrats just caved on raising healthcare costs. Days after voters told us to fight back. Time for new leadership. #CA48 #Congress2026

Brandon joined volunteers at a local food bank -a lifeline for 150,000 people each month across the region.

With SNAP cuts, they’re making up for the equivalent of $10 million lost in food assistance.
No one in California’s 48th District should go hungry.

Together, we can change that.

I’m a 4th-generation Californian, business owner, trained economist, and fmr Obama staffer, running to unseat Issa and represent CA-48. It's time to send a trained economist to Congress who actually knows how to lower costs and raise wages. Join me. #Prop50

Republicans hold up a warped mirror of gerrymandering and call it the will of the people. We will not live in their distorted reality. Prop 50 is us reflecting their own tactics back at them so that California's voice is not silenced. Vote YES on Prop 50.

Thanks to @abc7.bsky.social for showing that the Republicans are shutting down the government because they have no answers to rising costs or fixing the economy.

Instead of standing up to Trump, they are raising the cost of our health care.

California needs to respond to Trump’s map rigging in Texas, Missouri, and other states.

Vote YES on Prop 50.

Great night with Democrats of SW Riverside County — energized crowd and real conversations about the issues that matter. Fired up to take your priorities to Congress. What’s the biggest issue for your family right now? #CA41

Earlier this week, I shared an amazing Southern California sunset with friends—both old and new—discussing my vision for the CA-41 congressional district and diving into some lively conversations. I’m fired up about this race; it’s crucial for flipping the House blue! Let’s make it happen! 💙 #CA41

Yesterday, I attended two incredible Labor Day events: the Inland Empire Labor Council gathering and the #WorkersOverBillionaires protest in Temecula. I was proud to stand in solidarity with the hardworking union members and their families. Inspiring to witness such a strong turnout at the protest.

Joined 150+ people this morning in Palm Desert, CA at the Coachella Valley #WorkersOverBillionaires Labor Day event. #ca41
Had some great conversations about stopping the billionaire takeover — not just at the ballot box or in court, but by building a bigger, stronger movement. #rikerforcongress

Trump’s move to remove Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook without just cause is a direct attack on the Fed’s independence—and a dangerous precedent. Backed by Reps. Ken Calvert and Darrell Issa, this continues the pattern of chaos and assault on our nation's institutions.

Huge thanks to Bill & Beth Hedrick for opening their home to the movement in Corona. We had real conversations about what’s at stake and how we fire Ken Calvert and finally win the leadership people in #CA41 deserve.

This campaign isn’t about one person — it’s about all of us. Let’s go! 💪

Firing the head of the BLS was more than a political move. One thing that I don't think is talked about enough is how it threatens the integrity of the data used to calculate Social Security COLA. If we can’t trust the numbers, our seniors risk losing fair cost-of-living increases.

I’m proud to have the endorsement of former Palm Springs Mayor Lisa Middleton. Her unwavering dedication to the people of the Coachella Valley exemplifies the kind of strong, principled leadership I strive to bring to Palm Springs.

One of the questions I get most on the campaign trail is, “What’s the first thing you’ll do if elected?”

Well, here’s my answer:

Last Friday, I was proud to host a town hall in Palm Spring. With over 140 attendees, the energy in the room was electric. Folks are fired up for change, ready to tackle the big issues, and hungry for leaders who are ready to listen.

It was great to join the Inland Empire Labor Council and AFL-CIO yesterday for a rally against Ken Calvert. For 32 years, he’s divided working people to protect his own wallet. I’ll protect the vital services our families rely on. We must hold him accountable in 2026.

Trump promised economic greatness, but instead delivered tax cuts that favored the wealthy, record deficits, and a trade war that hurts our small businesses. The economy isn't booming, despite what he claims, and Southern Californians deserve better. www.cnbc.com/video/2025/0...
