with these single site restaurants it's hard to know what kind of review/feedback crosses a line. obv can only give honest feedback & hope for best. "thank u for the free baklava, it was slightly overcooked" personally i think im safe. but i dont know how intimately this cook considers their baklava

picked up some sourdough pasta... like 4x the cost of other stuff, maybe 1.5x trendy "bronze cut" lol. but i didnt want to buy barilla even though this store has ridged strands (my favourite shape ;-;), and the only other thing that caught my attention was semolina, egg, goats milk spindles...
