I retired from teaching in 2020…but yesterday I was gifted these cozy sloth slippers by some of the nicest students for whom I substitute teach for American Education Week. They are comfy and cute and the gesture means more than the kids will ever know. ❤️

Today I was the Construction & Carpentry teacher…it was not nearly as exciting as it could’ve been if I were able to fire up the power tools!! 😂

I collect postcards as a hobby and this one came from Ethan in Taiwan. It shows the tung blossoms and it such a pretty card! ❤️

Made balsamic rosemary pork chops for dinner and served ‘em with mashed potatoes and green beans…it was tasty!!
