Currently having my arse kicked by residual Covid symptoms and tapering down my venlafaxine dose. Experiencing all the side effects intensely and can't get a GP appointment to discuss it. Venlafaxine is hellish stuff from the flippin' Upside Down.

I've put lots of energy and hours into gardening this year to help my depression and anxiety. My neighbours bought a full-sized basketball hoop. The balls are now destroying my plants and hope. This is the 2nd significant casualty from a once healthy rose. One more hit and it's a goner. 😮💨
