So, I managed 5 full swings, pain free with these yesterday, which to most golfers out there is no big deal but it's the 1st time in 27 months ... Only to twinge my back this morning helping clear the loft and now im bed bound 😞.. must keep positive, albeit it's very hard in doing so.
